1. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! Sorry but PDF files are not returnable. By placing an order means you fully agree with this term. Make sure your ordering the correct manual before placing the order. If you have any questions email us first.
2. All Downloads are recommended for high speed internet connection only!  "Attn Dial Up Users" we recommend you order the CD version.
3. PDF download orders will be sent either a download link Via Email or the file will be emailed directly to you as an email attachment. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR  EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER  IS CORRECT & VALID. Most orders are processed within 30 minutes or less! Some orders will take longer for various un-for-seen reasons (Internet Down, E-Mail server down, Payment Processor down, Etc..) Don't hesitate to email us to check on your order. All download links are guaranteed to be sent the same day. If you don't receive the download link, email us ASAP, and we'll send you another link.  You'll be given 10 days and 5 download attempts to complete the process.
4. All CD orders are shipped within 48 hours by first class mail to USA residents only. Shipping on all CD's is "FREE". Sorry we currently only ship CD's  to the USA & Canada.
